Planning our first rendezvous is as simple as:
Filling out this form in its entirety (or sending an email with the same information to dateavery@proton.me)
Submitting some light, mandatory screening once you hear back from me (I typically respond to inquiries very promptly),
And finally, sending your deposit of 20% to confirm our time together. Your deposit will be put towards the total of your appointment.
If we haven't met yet, I ask that you complete a brief and non-negotiable screening process - rest assured, all information will be kept just between you and I. Please be prepared to show at least one valid form of identification from the following:
A picture of your photo ID (your address can be covered, but your full name and DOB must be visible)
A link to your professional website or linkedin set to "public view"
2 recent provider references from within the last year.
